BEVEL HELICAL
The Series K geared motor is designed with integral cast feet for base or end mounting and can be offered with single or double extended output shafts. Units are also available shaft mounted or with output flanges and are available for mounting horizontally or vertically. The units can also be offered with a bolt on torque reaction bracket and all variants are available either motorized or with an input shaft assembly.
Adding to the new range of Power Build Ltd. Geared motors this product takes advantage of our many years of accumulated design expertise together with the use of high quality materials and components. The end result is a series of speed reducing geared motors offering high load carrying capacities, increased efficiency, quiet running and reliability.
Nine sizes of unit with a ratio coverage of 8:1 to 160:1 in three stages or up to 10000:1 in five stages and Motors are available up to 90 KW and Output torque Capacity up to 12,300 Nm.
HELICAL WORM
Series C right angle helical worm geared motors and reducers provide a highly efficient and compact solution to meet most requirements up to 45kW with maximum output torque capacity of 10000Nm.
Following a long line of Power Build Ltd. Products, this product adds to the growing family of new drives which has taken advantage of our many years of accumulated design expertise, together with the use of high quality materials and components. The end result is a series of speed reducing and geared motors offering high load carrying capacity, increased efficiency, quiet running and reliability.
Eight sizes of unit with a ratio coverage of 8:1 to 250:1/1 in double reduction and up to 900/1 in triple reduction and 60000:1 in combined units. Power Rating 0.12 kw to 45 kw.
- Standard Motor connection (IEC).
- Ability to fit double oil seals input and output as required.
- All units are dimensionally interchangeable with other major manufacturers.
- Brake geared motors are available.
- Sizes 03, 04, 05 and 06 are all lubricated for life.
- Motorised units can be ftted with a backstop module and reducer units can be ftted with a backstop and fan.
- Units are manufactured and assembled from a family of modular kits for distributor friendliness minimizing inventory and maximizing availability.

INLINE HELICAL
Series M inline geared motors and reducers provide a very efficient and compact drive solution to meet most requirements up to 90kW with maximum output torque capacity of 11000Nm. The range takes advantage of many years of accumulated design expertise, together with the use of high quality materials and components. The end result is a series of speed reducing and geared motors offering high load carrying capacity, high efficiency, quiet running and reliability.
Twelve sizes of unit with a ratio coverage of 1.4/1 to 70/1 in double reduction and up to 250/1 in triple reduction and 16200/1 in combined units. Power Rating 0.12 kw to 90 kw.
- Patented for IEC standard motor connection. Ability to fit double oil seal input and output as required. All units being suitable to fit IEC standard motors.
- All units are dimensionally interchangeable with other major manufacturers.
- Brake geared motors are available as standard. Sizes 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07 are all supplied with lubricant.
- Sizes 08, 09, 10, 13 and 14 are supplied without lubricant.
- Motorized units can be fitted with a backstop module and reducer units can be fitted with a backstop and fan.

PARALLEL SHAFT
The Series F geared motor is primarily designed as a shaft mounted unit incorporating an integral torque reaction bracket. The units are also available with bolt on feet or output flanges and output shafts of single and double extension. All variants are available either motorized or with input shaft assembly.

The end result is a series of speed reducing geared motors offering high load carrying capacities, increased efficiency, quiet running and reliability.
Six sizes of unit with ratio coverage of 5:1 to 100:1 in double reduction form and in combined unit form up to 20000:1. Motors are available up to 45 KW giving a maximum Output torque of 7,200 Nm.
